A strong immune system is the cornerstone of good health and a long life. One of the major results of our fast-paced industrialized society is that we are constantly taking in impure air, water and food. This causes toxins to build up rapidly to the point where our bodies are no longer able to eliminate them. With all of this poisoning us, is it any wonder our immune systems are unable to function properly? In an effort to restore my own health, I traveled the world, researching the traditional and time tested ways to eliminate these toxins to strengthen and protect the immune system in my body. Research studies are convincing us that if you cleanse and detoxify the system, the human body has the ability to heal itself and maintain good health.
