Holiday Gift Giving Ideas

It’s that time of the year when just about everyone is thinking about gift-giving.  If you’ve been wondering about what to get your favorite tea lover on your list, here are only a few of the ideas we’ve found that are available for this holiday season.

While you’re shopping for someone else, consider getting something for yourself, too!

Gift a Treasure Trove of Tea

If you aren’t sure what kind of tea someone prefers, don’t worry! At Sir Jason Winters International, we have lots of different tea tastes that are sure to appeal to even the most discerning of tea connoisseurs. For example, why not put together a bountiful selection of our Sir Jason Winters teas in an attractive gift basket? Fill it with a box of our Sir Jason Winters Original Formula Teabags with Sage or Chaparral, our Green,  Raspberry Flavored, Peach Flavored, or Cinnamon Flavored Tea Bags, centered around our ceramic 2-cup Hampton Teapot or stainless steel Savoy Teapot.

Other tea accessories you might want to add include in your gift assortment might include:

Tea Tidies

If you like to use your tea bags more than once or ever wondered about the best option to hold it after steeping, a tea tidy can be the perfect solution. These little miniature plates with slightly raised rims can hold your tea bags until they are ready to be used again.

Teacup Infusers and Tea Balls – A tea infuser is a handy little gadget that is designed to sit inside a cup or teapot and hold tea leaves while it steeps in hot water. Some infusers also come with a lid that helps to seal in all of the tea leaves’ aromatic goodness while they steep. After allowing your tea to steep for the perfect amount of time, the infuser can be easily removed and set aside with no tea leaves to rinse out.

A tea ball is a different type of infuser that can make it easy to brew loose tea and keep tea leaves or herbs out of the tea itself.  Tea balls are available in various shapes and sizes. Some are made into a ball in sizes ranging from a single cup to an entire pot or up to a gallon jar of tea. Even whimsical tea balls available on the market have been made into fun shapes such as miniature houses or animals.

In our store, we offer the perfect sized, egg-shaped Tea Ball with Drip Bowl.  When traveling or for those who like the convenience of a teabag, why not include a package or two of our T-Sac Tea Filters in 1 cup or 2-4 cup size in your gift? The bags are unbleached, chlorine-free, and are 100% biodegradable so that they won’t harm the environment.

For those who prefer to put their tea leaves directly into the teapot,  we have on offer our Darjeeling Mesh Tea Strainer. Whatever accessories you choose, your thoughtful gift is sure to delight the tea lover in your life and give them an experience that will last over the cold winter months and beyond!

Tea Books

The world of tea is filled with fascinating topics ranging from its discovery and long history to creating your own tea blends or hosting the perfect tea party.  You can even find books on how to repurpose used tea bags around the house or in your beauty routine. Sir Jason Winters is proud to offer several tea-related titles here on our website that are interesting and inspiring.  “Kotodama: A Collection of Inspirational Thoughts and Quotes” was compiled by our founder, Sir Jason Winters. Based on Sir Jason’s philosophy of a world where we can be kind and show kindness, this book is sure to become a favorite. To find out about how Sir Jason Winters formulas got started, we are offering “The Sir Jason Winters Story: Killing Cancer,”  “The Perfect Cleanse,” and “Breakthrough”, all written by Sir Jason Winters, or “What If: Reflections of My Father’s Life” by Sir Jason’s son, Sir Raymond Winters. Get two for the price of one on any of the titles

that we offer so you can give one as a gift and keep one for yourself!

Tea Cups and Mugs

Whether it reminds us of a favorite vacation spot or event, loved ones, or our pets – or if its reassuring warmth feels good each time we take a sip of our favorite drink, our favorite teacup or mug is very personal.  The selection of possibilities is endless.  When picking out the perfect teacup or mug to enjoy their tea, keep their tastes, and overall personality in mind.

Give The Gift of Good Health

If there’s someone on your gift list who is already enjoying our products, why not consider giving them the gift of a subscription?  Choose between deliveries of once a month or once every two months to send them a box or canister of their favorite Sir Jason Winters tea.

There are lots of great new tea accessories out there for tea lovers that we could link to in addition to the ones that SJW carries on the website.

I also do have a question: Is it possible to give the gift of the monthly subscription service?  I would think that it is. It was an approach I hadn’t really considered in the earlier blog posts.
